What can be shared depends on the venue's own agreement, because the operational data belongs to the site rather than to us, and that constraint is worth establishing early.

What data could a research partner access?

That is decided per project and per venue, because the data describes a working business. What exists operationally is task, fleet state and site health information; what may leave the deployment is a separate question that the venue answers, not us.

Can findings be published?

Publication is the usual reason to collaborate, so it is something we want rather than something we resist. The practical constraint is the same one as above: the venue has to agree to what is described about its operation.

What kinds of questions suit this setup?

Ones that need a real building — how people behave around a robot in a working dining room, how routes degrade when a floor is busy, how staff adapt a workflow. Questions that a simulator answers better are better answered in a simulator.
