Franchise and investment enquiries
Franchise and investment conversations happen directly, not through a published prospectus. Terms depend on the market, the territory and what you would be taking on operationally, so the first exchange is about what you want to run rather than about a standard package we do not have.
What a territory conversation covers
A service robot business is a local business. The robots are the same everywhere; the venues, the labour market, the import route and the people who will actually answer the phone when a unit stops mid-shift are not. That is why these conversations start with the market rather than with a commercial structure.
The platform side of that is already built for it. Each project runs on its own subdomain with its own database, so an operator in one territory administers their own venues without seeing anybody else’s. What is negotiable is everything around that: which venue types you intend to serve first, who performs installation and on-site support, and how robots reach the country.
We publish no investment deck, no minimum commitment and no territory map, because none of those exist in a form that would survive being read as a promise. If you want the commercial picture, ask for it directly and you will get the version that is true at the time you ask.
Useful before you write
Two things make a first message much easier to answer: which market you are talking about, and which venue type you already know well. An operator who runs restaurants and an operator who runs hotels are proposing genuinely different businesses, and our solutions by industry pages set out what differs between them.
If you are weighing this as an investment rather than an operation, the page written for investors is blunter about what is proven and what is not.

Frequently asked questions
Are terms published anywhere?
- No, and a site that published fixed franchise terms before agreeing any would be describing a product rather than an arrangement. What is on offer depends on the territory and on what the partner brings, so it is discussed rather than advertised.
What should I include in a first message?
- The market you know, what you already operate or distribute there, and whether you are looking to invest, take a territory or both. Specifics shorten the conversation considerably compared to a general expression of interest.
Is this the same route as becoming a reseller?
- No. Reselling means selling and supporting Hybot alongside your existing business, which has its own page. This route is for territory and equity conversations, which involve different commitments on both sides.
