Become a reseller

Resellers sell and support Hybot in a market they already know. The software layer is what is being resold: the fleet management, the task queue and the guest-facing surfaces that sit on top of robot hardware. Commercial terms are agreed per partner rather than published as a fixed programme.

What you would actually be selling

Not a robot. Robots are available from several manufacturers, and a reseller who competes on the hardware alone competes on price against everyone else holding the same catalogue. What is scarce is the layer that makes a mixed fleet behave like one system: tasks, floors, guest-facing ordering, and a central view across every site an operator runs.

Hybot is manufacturer-agnostic by design. A robot is integrated through a defined contract rather than by adopting one vendor’s stack, which means a venue that already owns units is a live prospect rather than a rip-and-replace argument.

What we do not offer

There is no published margin table, no tiered partner programme and no certification scheme. Inventing one for a marketing page would be worse than admitting it does not exist: you would plan against numbers nobody had agreed to.

What does exist is a working platform, a documented integration surface described on the developer documentation page, and the willingness to discuss commercial terms directly. If you want to understand the product before the commercials, the platform overview is the honest version of what ships today, and the reseller page covers the fit question in more depth.

Optional, but it usually decides who should answer you.

A sentence or two of context is enough to reach the right person.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sell robot hardware already?

It helps, but the more important thing is a relationship with venues and the ability to support a deployment locally. A partner who can survey a site and train staff is worth more than one who can only forward a lead.

What support would I be expected to provide?

Typically the site-level work: survey, floor-plan alignment, staff training and first-line diagnostics. Platform-level issues escalate to us. Exactly where the line falls is part of what gets agreed rather than something we can state in advance.

Are margins or targets published?

No. Terms vary by market and by what the partner takes on, so publishing a single figure would be misleading for most of the people who read it. They are discussed once we understand what you would be doing.
