Advertising enquiries

Hybot robots carry a screen, and brand video can be scheduled onto it centrally across a fleet. Because audience size depends entirely on which venues are live at the time, reach is discussed against the current estate rather than quoted from a rate card that would go stale immediately.

How a robot screen is scheduled

Every robot carries a screen it already uses for its own work: confirming a delivery, asking a short survey question, showing who it is looking for. Between those moments the screen is free, and brand video can be scheduled into it — targeted by project, by individual robot and by time window.

That scheduling is the product. A campaign is a set of assets and a set of slots, and the platform decides which robot in which venue plays what and when. The robot’s own messages always take precedence, because a unit that cannot tell a guest their food has arrived is not a functioning robot.

What we will not claim about reach

No impression counts, no audience estimates and no cost-per-view figures appear anywhere on this site. We have not measured them in a way that would survive an advertiser’s scrutiny, and a plausible-sounding number is the single easiest thing to invent and the hardest to withdraw.

What can be discussed is concrete: which venues a campaign could run in, what the screen can display, how scheduling is controlled, and what reporting the platform can produce for a specific deployment. The advertising capability page sets out the mechanism, and the page written for advertisers is explicit about the measurement gap.

Brand video on robot displays inside live venues.

Optional, but it usually decides who should answer you.

A sentence or two of context is enough to reach the right person.

Frequently asked questions

Do you publish reach or impression figures?

No. Impressions depend on which venues are running, their footfall and how much of the day the robots spend between tasks. A published figure would be a guess presented as a measurement, so reach is discussed against the live estate instead.

Does advertising interrupt the guest?

It is not designed to. The screen's primary job is the task at hand — showing the destination, taking a confirmation, running a short survey. Brand content fills the gaps around that rather than pushing in front of it.

Can I choose which venues my campaign runs in?

Scheduling is done centrally across the fleet, so targeting a subset is a question of which projects are included. What is actually available to you depends on the venues live at that moment and on their own agreements.
