Terms of use
These terms cover use of the hybot.app website only. Everything published here is descriptive, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. A Hybot deployment is governed by a separate written agreement signed with the venue. Where the two ever disagree, that agreement is what counts.
What this page governs
These terms apply to hybot.app — the pages you are reading now. They do not govern a Hybot installation inside a venue, the central platform at platform.hybot.app, or any robot you may have met in a restaurant or a hotel lobby. Each of those sits under a separate written agreement with the organisation that runs it, and that agreement, not this page, decides what is owed to whom.
The site is descriptive, not contractual
We have written these pages to explain how service robots and the software behind them actually work, and to describe what Hybot has built. That is all they are. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty or a specification you can hold us to, and reading it does not put you in a contract with us.
We have also kept several things off this site on purpose. There are no prices, no throughput figures, no named customers and no uptime or response-time commitments, because those are either specific to a deployment or not yet settled. If you need a number, ask for it in writing and you will get either the number or an honest account of why it does not exist yet. What we will not do is put a figure on a web page so that the page feels more complete.
Using the site
Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and send it to colleagues. What we ask you not to do is copy pages wholesale, pass this material off as your own, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers, or attempt to reach parts of it you have not been given access to. Automated agents summarising or citing these pages are welcome; there is a machine-readable index written for exactly that.
Availability
This website is provided as it is. We keep it running and correct it when it is wrong, but we do not promise it will be reachable at any given moment, and an outage here says nothing either way about a running deployment. Service commitments, where they exist, live in a signed agreement rather than on a marketing site.

Where we link somewhere else, we link because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your data. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
What is still being settled
The registered details of Hyrcan-Tech, the governing law for these terms and the courts that would hear a dispute are not published here yet, because they have not been confirmed. Those are precisely the facts a terms page is expected to state and precisely the facts that must not be guessed, so this section will stay visibly incomplete until they are real. In the meantime, contact us with anything legal and it will reach a person rather than a placeholder. Our privacy page covers what this site stores about you.
Frequently asked questions
Does anything on this site count as a quote or an offer?
- No. The pages here describe what the platform does and what the robots are built for. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and no price, term or commitment exists until it is written into a signed agreement. A request sent through the site starts a conversation rather than a contract.
Who owns the content on this website?
- The text, images, diagrams and code published here belong to Hybot or to its licensors. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. Republishing pages wholesale, or presenting this material as your own work or your own product, is not permitted.
Can I rely on this site when making a purchasing decision?
- Use it to understand the shape of the system, then confirm the specifics in writing. Capabilities described here reflect what has been built, but what any particular deployment includes depends on the venue, the hardware chosen and the agreement signed. Ask us directly rather than inferring a commitment from a marketing page.
What law applies and which courts decide a dispute?
- The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are not published here yet, because the company details they depend on have not been confirmed. Stating a jurisdiction we had not settled would be an invention on the one page where inventions do the most damage. This section will be completed openly.
Can these terms change?
- Yes. This page will be updated as the company is formalised and as the site grows, and we will change it in the open rather than quietly. Your continuing use of the site after a change means you accept the version published at the time you use it.
