Press and media

Press enquiries reach someone who works on the system rather than a communications intermediary. We can speak to how service robots are deployed and coordinated in real venues. We will not supply performance figures, customer names or market estimates that we cannot substantiate on request.

Subjects we can speak to

How a mixed fleet from different manufacturers is made to behave like one system. What deployment inside a working venue actually involves, including the parts that are unglamorous: floor plans, lifts, doorways, and staff who did not ask for a robot. How guest- facing ordering, table codes and on-robot surveys connect to the same task queue the robots run from.

We are also willing to be specific about where artificial intelligence genuinely applies in this field and where the word is doing marketing work. Our resource clusters already draw that line in public, which is a reasonable indication of what we will say on the record.

What we will not supply

Deployment counts, savings percentages, market-size estimates and customer names we have not been given permission to use. A journalist quoting an unsubstantiated figure carries our error into print, and the figure outlives the correction.

If a story needs a number we cannot stand behind, we will say so rather than supply a defensible-sounding approximation. The about page lists the claims we have committed to never making, which is the same list we work from when answering you.

Send a press enquiry

Journalists, analysts and anyone writing about service robotics.

Optional, but it usually decides who should answer you.

A sentence or two of context is enough to reach the right person.

Frequently asked questions

What can Hybot speak to on the record?

How fleets are coordinated, how robots are integrated across manufacturers, what deployment in a working venue actually involves, and where artificial intelligence genuinely applies in this field as opposed to where it is claimed.

Can you provide figures or customer references?

Only ones we can substantiate, and only where the customer has agreed to be named. We will not supply savings percentages, delivery counts or market-size estimates we have not measured, even when a piece would be stronger with a number in it.

Is there a press kit?

There is no downloadable kit. Assets and background are sent in response to a specific enquiry, so what you get matches what you are actually writing rather than a generic bundle assembled for nobody in particular.
