Contact Hybot

Enquiries are routed by topic rather than collected in one inbox. Pick the route that matches what you need — a demo, a quote, support for a live site, a partnership or an application — and the message reaches the person who can answer it instead of a general queue.

Pick the route that fits

Each route has its own page explaining what it is for and what to include, so the first reply can be useful rather than a request for more detail.

  • See a demo

Watch the fleet view, the task queue and the guest-facing surfaces running, against a real or simulated fleet.

  • Get a quote

Pricing against your actual venue, unit count and integration scope rather than a published package price.

  • Franchise or invest

    Territory, franchising and investment conversations.

  • Become a reseller

Sell and support Hybot in a market you already serve.

  • Advertise on robot screens

Brand video on robot displays inside live venues.

  • Research partnership

    Academic and government research collaborations.

  • Work with us

Speculative applications and questions about the team.

  • Support

    For venues already running Hybot.

  • Press and media

Journalists, analysts and anyone writing about service robotics.

Frequently asked questions

Why are there separate routes instead of one form?

Because the questions are answered by different people. A support issue at a live venue and a franchise enquiry have nothing in common except that both arrive as text, and putting them in one queue means one of them always waits behind the other.

How quickly will I get a reply?

No response-time commitment has been agreed, so this page does not make one. Publishing a figure we have not committed to internally would be a promise from a marketing page rather than from the team that has to keep it.

What if my question does not fit any of these?

Pick the closest route and say so in the message. The topics exist to speed up routing, not to reject anything that falls outside them, and a misfiled enquiry is forwarded rather than returned.
