Hybot

Request a quote

Every quote is written for one venue. The questions below are the ones that actually change the answer — how much ground the robot has to cover, what it is carrying, and how soon you need it.

Hybot does not publish package pricing, because the number depends on how many robots a venue needs, how the floors are laid out and what has to be integrated. Describing the site first produces a quote that survives contact with the building rather than one that changes later.

Optional. Often the fastest way to reach you.

How many robots are you thinking about? (required)

A range is fine. We will confirm the right number with you.

What should the robots do? (required)

Choose everything that applies.

When would you want them? (required)

Floor layout, lift access, opening hours — anything that shapes the answer.

We use them for this enquiry only. We do not sell or share them.

No cost, no obligation. We reply with a person, not a bot.

What happens next

  1. You get a reference number on screen straight away. Keep it — it is how we find your enquiry if you call.
  2. A person reads it. Nothing here is auto-quoted, because a specification that ignores your lift is worthless.
  3. You get a written quote with a suggested configuration, and a demo if you want to see it before deciding.

Not ready for a quote? Ask for a demo instead — it commits you to nothing.

Why there is no price list

Why is pricing not published on the site?
Because a published figure would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Two restaurants of the same size can need different unit counts depending on route length and how often trips happen, and a headline price that later doubles is worse than no price.
What do you need from me to quote?
Roughly: what the venue is, how many floors, what you want carried and how often, and whether anything needs to talk to your existing systems. Floor plans help, but a description of the layout is enough for a first conversation.
How should I sanity-check the numbers I get back?
Apply your own trip counts rather than vendor-supplied savings figures, and ask any supplier — including us — to show which assumption each line rests on. A quote you can take apart is one you can compare.
